We want you to love your view, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your Detour Sunglasses, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your sunglasses securely in their original microfiber pouch and box, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
